Whether you’re into the traditional feast of meat taking place at the Bohemian Hall, or a (free!) hip hop brunch at Studio Square, our hood has something for everyone. As we mentioned in our weekly What To Do series, the Bohemian Hall & Beer Garden will be hosting Pork Fest this weekend, an extravaganza of Czech and Slovak meats and live entertainment. If you’re looking to start your Super Bowl power-eating early, this is the place to do it. The event starts Friday at 5pm and goes all weekend, giving you plenty of chances to indulge in some meat-y goodness. Mark your calendars for the “Not So Boujie” Hip Hop brunch, featuring a live performance from Jadakiss. You can expect to hear tracks from Top 5 Dead or Alive, his most recent album, as well as DJ sets from DJ Shortkuts and DJ Triple Threat. Tickets are free for ladies from 3-5pm, and can be reserved on Ticketfly here. Gather your girlfriends and get your brunch (with beats) on! Studio Square 35-33 36th Street, LIC.
