Geeks Who Drink Leads the Pub Trivia Nerd Pack

Clowns are for kids. Deejays are corny and loud. And party games make guests feel awkward. The friendly competition of a Geeks Who Drink quiz breaks the ice, brings the laughs and makes any event unique and memorable. Geeks Who Drink is a homegrown Pub Trivia Quiz modeled after those in Ireland and the UK. Our quizzes cover everything from celebrities in trouble to wordplay to bad television. Live Music Series – Single Girl/Married Girl

Single Girl, Married Girl is a pop/folk/country outfit currently based in New York City, comprised of Chelsey Coy on vocals, Charlie Rauh on guitar, Dan Morosi on drums, and John Gray on upright bass.
Originating in Los Angeles, the band featured various line-ups before founding member Coy relocated to the East Coast in late 2013 to start anew. The current line-up is at work on new material that the members hope will attract fans of luminaries like Lucinda Williams, as well as emerging artists like Sharon Von Etten.

Greater New York

Greater New York is the fourth iteration of the renowned series, begun in 2000 as a collaboration between MoMA PS1 (then P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center) and The Museum of Modern Art, that showcases emerging artists living and working in the New York metropolitan area. This Greater New York arrives, however, in a city and art community that has changed dramatically since the first version of the survey. Against this backdrop, Greater New York will depart from the show’s primary focus on youth, instead examining key points of connection and intersection between emerging and more established artists across New York, while also exploring aspects of earlier histories of the city itself, and its changing political, social, and architectural fabric.

ROXANNE JACKSON & KEVIN ANDREW CURRAN: DARK CRYSTAL

Reservoir Art Space is pleased to announce “Dark Crystal”, where sparkling hole-riddled astronauts meet macabre twisted mermaids. Two worlds collide in this presentation of imaginary explorations into deep inner realms of the human psyche. Kevin Andrew Curran’s astronauts inhabit voids of space while Roxanne Jackson’s creatures derive from mysterious water depths. These fantastical beings exhibit a willingness to exist together for a time, in order to locate a shard of humanity that will bring balance back to the universe.
