New Peruvian Restaurant Nazca Opens on Broadway

A few months ago we got the scoop that the Broadway Cold Stone would be replaced by Nazca, a high-end Peruvian Restaurant. Nazca opens tonight with a soft launch through the weekend, and will have normal operating hours starting next week.

We got out hands on a menu, which includes lots of seafood, interesting small plates, including beef heart, and one of my favorite sides ever, yuca fries. Entrees average around $13.
