We just heard from the space’s new owner, Diego, who told us he’ll be opening a high end Peruvian restaurant, Nazca sometime this June. (PS- this is where Cold Stone moved to.) Expect a ceviche bar, quinoa dishes, plenty of fish, and a pisco bar. The owner also indicated that some of their produce will be coming from their family farm upstate.
