Today’s giveaway is near and dear to my heart, it’s SITE!
I know I could use a little last minute gift pick-me-up, maybe you could too? For day 7 of our amazing “12 Days of Giveaways” we’re giving away a $50 gift certificate, perfect for all those loose gift ends and need tying up. This year we have lots of stocking stuffers, handmade jewelry, decadent candles, fun kid’s games and craft kits, and other bits and baubles to get those creative gift juices flowing. Unique glass jars WERE on my list. But I found a bunch to bottle my homemade organic hot cocoa mix to send out to my city and upstate friends.
Something practical for my practical husband.

Good old fashioned socks & underwear are a must this yr. I always throw in those gold wrapped Chocolate coins. Man I sound boring. Help me out! Ideas?!??
My sister has requested business clothes in preparation for interviewing for post-college jobs. But she’s also mentioned to my mom that she intends to work for her boyfriend’s family post-graduation… knowing my mom wouldn’t put two and two together and realize that she’s just going to return and it to buy stuff she really wants but doesn’t need!
I like buying books as gifts, lots of books
I still need to get a hostess gift for the annual X-Mas Eve party that I go to as well as some trinkets to add to a White Elephant gift.

My Queens maptotes bag is checked out pretty regularly on the train, it is definitely on my list to share with someone else!
I still need gifts for the two babies in my family/friends circle, so probably headed to the children’s section of a bookstore in the next day or two!
I haven’t bought ANYTHING yet. So I need saving.
I am not going to lie. I’d probably spend the gift certificate on me to show off my Queens pride to my Manhattan-centric friends and family, although perhaps it would be even more delightful to get them Queens merchandise :)
I still need to pick up some candles for a couple of girlfriends. The Queens inspired items at Site sound like they would make great gifts.
