These days it seems like all my friends are Zumba crazy. The workout/dance craze that’s sweeping the nation is right here in our ‘hood. There’s even a Meetup Group for fans out there.  For those not quite yet swept up in the phenomenon, Zumba is a dance/fitness program that’s an hour of high intensity cardio fun.
