Having opened in 2006, Ovelia is a family-run Modern Greek Eatery offering gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options. They bake their own feta bread, make their desserts in-house, and import all authentic and unique ingredients directly from Greece! That’s not all – they support local butchers, seafood, and grocery stores. Check them out for the finest and freshest dining experience around.
As for the man behind the madness? Chef Peter Giannakas has competed on Food Network’s Chopped, served as a judge on Beat Bobby Flay, and appeared on Real Food on PBS. He’s a tri-state chef celebrity and has appeared on numerous food segments on local TV networks.
