The first ever Queens Beer Festival is going down October 15-16 in Long Island City, and you won’t want to miss it. Held at the LIC Flea & Food space (5-25 46th Avenue) from 12pm-6pm, attendees will have the chance to sample brews from all Queens-based breweries, as well as participating breweries from the Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Long Island. There are a few different types of tickets you can purchase, that range in price from $29 for General Admission to $68 for the ultimate “Beer Enthusiast” package. The day will also feature live music and food vendors from around Queens, so definitely arrive with an empty stomach ready for eats and drinks. Also, if you haven’t been to LIC Flea yet this year, get to it! They’re open every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Oct. 30.
