The Stonework Is Coming to Ditmars – Menswear and More

The Astoria clothing boutique scene is gaining a new member and it will be on Ditmars Blvd. The Stonework is its name, and it’s run by a local Astoria couple. According to their Instagram, it’s concept is “a menswear and lifestyle store featuring heritage apparel, accessories, and thoughtfully curated antiques.” There’s definitely a place for a menswear boutique in Astoria, and this could be a great fit for Astorians old and new.

They’ll be located at 37-06 Ditmars. That side of the block is a bit sleepy, (in contrast, the Trade Fair is always busy), but no doubt that will change as the Ditmars strip continues its metamorphosis into a hip, happening boulevard. Previous tenants in this space have included a salon and the Addiction clothing store.

You can follow their progress on their Instagram account, and keep an eye on their website as they are under construction and preparing the space. An opening date has not been determined just yet but we’ll pass that on when we get it.
