The Astoria food scene is about to be represented on the national stage, and you’re invited to celebrate!
Bowery Bay chef Gary Anza will appear as a contestant on Tuesday night’s episode of Esquire’s Knife Fight, a cooking competition series now in its fourth season. Bowery Bay will be hosting a watch party in his honor, starting at 8:30pm. (The show airs at 9pm)

The menu for the event is still under wraps, as it will feature items he prepares on the show. The surprise ingredient from the episode is still a secret, so you’ll just have to trust them!
