Music fans from all over the city are invited to stop by HiFi Records (23-19 Steinway) this Saturday, July 11, from 2-8pm. Not only is this your first chance to check out the impressive inventory, we also have an awesome day planned. Here’s what you can expect: Live Music: Our friend Chris from Play Too Much has rounded up some talented local musicians to perform for attendees as they peruse the shop offerings. Performers include The Gantry, Negative Death, and Bria Monet. Food and drink: HiFi will be providing Turkish-Mediterranean finger foods and soft drinks from neighborhood newcomer Truva Cafe and Grill, and will also have their coffee for sale. Raffles: Want to get your hands on some cool HiFi swag? Whether you’re looking to score a new vinyl release or be the first to rock a HiFi Records t-shirt, all you have to do for a chance to win is stop by and pick up a raffle ticket.
