NYC Parks will spend $130 million to rebuild 35 community parks, upgrading playgrounds, ball courts, green spaces and more, using 21st-century designs and materials. To do this, we are looking for neighborhood input and feedback on the kind of park you need and want to see. For more information or to sign up to participate, visit nyc.gov/parks, email nichole.henderson@parks.nyc.gov or call 718.520.5913. RSVP as soon as possible as we will be serving refreshments to participants. Location of the playground and some significant neighbors for context. This is a great opportunity for the playground and we hope plenty of Astorians come out to give their much needed feedback.
