Twitter Facebook Email Print Next week on the evening of Tuesday, October 7 there’s a very special event happening at the Astoria Bookshop—at 7 p.m. author Andrea Lynn will be chatting with yours truly about her new book, Queens: A Culinary Passport. This is a new, awesome guide to food in Queens, and along with commentary about food in the borough, the book features chef profiles and special recipes of the food found in the borough. If you like food, Queens, or a combination of the two, this event is for you. Copies of the book will be available, of course, and Andrea will be on hand to sign them, too. I’m really looking forward to asking her questions about the process of writing and researching this book, and to learn more about her thoughts on the whole experience. RSVP on Facebook if you’d like to come. I hear there will be tasty snacks, too. Can’t wait to see you Tuesday evening! The Astoria Bookshop is located at 31-29 31st St in Astoria.
