A diagram of the new front of the building is up, too. Here’s what it looked like: The newly designed front of the building will not affect the upstairs, which will retain its brick and terra cotta exterior. The front of the establishment will have four bi-folding windows, and extended windowsill, wood-clad exterior and a few other design elements. There will also be an exterior entrance to the rear yard. Rear yard = outdoor seating? We’d love it. Very, very interesting. We hope to learn the place’s name soon, too. And of course, the food and drink offerings! We’ll keep you updated. Reply megc July 17th, 2014 Good eye, Bill! That document is dated 5/20/14 in the Department of Buildings site, hence the confusion. The details of the exterior are current. I’ll try to get a photo of the diagram soon. Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
