New Summer Cocktail Menu at Sparrow Tavern

I was recently at Sparrow when they still had the old winter/early spring cocktail menu (that hibiscus gin fizz was yum), so when I discovered today they had changed it up to reflect the current season, I knew I had to share it here. Behold, the new Sparrow seasonal cocktail menu! So summery!

Blueberry Lavender Mojito—light rum, aromatic lavender syrup, blueberry juice, & fresh squeezed lime. $12.

Spicy Hot Strawberry Margarita—Sparrow’s fresh Margarita kissed with jalapeño with strawberry essence. $10.

Purple Pie Man Bramble—Plymouth gin shaken with fresh lime juice & blackberry preserves. $10.

Russian Summer—dill infused Tito’s Vodka, muddled cucumber, lemon & a splash of St. Germain served straight up. $12.

Saffron Sour—Saffron syrup shaken hard with fresh lemon juice and Alibi Whiskey. $10.

Central Coast Michelada—Gaffel Kolsh, worcestershire, lime juice & spices served on the rocks with salted rim. $10.
