Here we’ve put together a list of “everyday brunch” options in Astoria and LIC that you can enjoy during the weekdays as well. Bear While the Bear team serves up brunch food during traditional weekend hours, their jumbo sized Bloody Mary, which comes with a hard boiled egg, candied bacon, cucumber and a pickled skewer is served all day, every day. 12-14 31st Avenue, LIC. 917.396.4939 Brooklyn Bagel Image by BK Bagel Although you wouldn’t think of BK Bagel as a brunch destination, but more of a traditional breakfast spot, they have breakfast/brunch food available during weekdays until 3 p.m. On the menu, you’ll find things such as the above pictured breakfast burritos, 3 egg omelets, Challah French toast, whole wheat or buttermilk pancakes and more! 36-14 30th Avenue, Astoria.718.777.1121 The Queens Kickshaw You can depend on The Queens Kickshaw to offer something eggy and delicious during the weekdays. Their breakfast foods are served from 10 a.m. – noon and feature some of our favorites such as the layer potato cake and the egg and cheese sandwich, which comes served on Parmesan crisped bread. Note that they also offer Monday brunch during the entire month of June. 40-17 Broadway, Astoria. 718.777.0913 Sanfords Sanford’s boasts some solid everyday brunch options, which may be a better time to check them out since they’re super crowded on weekends. Expect all your favorites such as Crab Cakes Benedict, banana chocolate chip pancakes, a Nutella s’mores waffle, a Western brunch quesadilla and more. They offer a $16 prix-fixe, which comes with your choice of an Absolut morning cocktail. 30-13 Broadway, Astoria. 718.932.9569 The Shady Lady We love that The Shady Lady kicks off their brunch service on Fridays so we can all get into weekend mode early. Down home, comfort food is the name of the game here, as you can find biscuits and gravy, Jack & Coke French Toast, Chocolate Chip Bacon and Banana pancakes and more. They also have a bottomless option available if you’re feeling naughty. 34-19 30th Avenue, Astoria. 718.440.9081 Snowdonia Image credit: Snowdonia A good pub food brunch goes a long way, which is why we’re glad that Snowdonia also offers brunch on Mondays from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. On the menu, you’ll find decadent treats such as a pork & egg sandwich, sausages and grits, The Half English Breakfast platter (not for the faint of heart) and more! 34-55 32nd Street, Astoria. 347.730.5783 Twitter Facebook Email Print bk bagelBloody MaryBrunchSnowdonia Related scoops We Heart Astoria Food Talk *4th of July Edition* Expanded Summer Menu and Other Changes at Snowdonia We Heart Astoria Food Talk *Summer Is Here Edition* 3 Comments judith June 6th, 2014 Cool!
