Hot news, folks—the Astoria Flea & Food has been extended through Labor Day Weekend! This is what many of us have been hoping for, as from all accounts the Astoria Flea has been a stellar success. It will run as it has been, every Sunday from 10 a.m to 6 p.m. for the next 11 weekends, at the Kaufman Astoria Studios backlot on 36th Street between 34th and 35th Avenues. New vendors will be added every week to the already awesome mix of both food and flea elements. The folks behind the Flea are really excited to continue it, as they have seen how both the local Astoria community and visitors to the neighborhood have supported it. No doubt the vendors will be thrilled—all we hear from them is how much they love the crowds and their experience at the Astoria Flea! Other good news—they are planning some fun special events as well, so stay tuned for more details on that. Astoria Flea & Food, 36th Street between 34th and 35th Avenues, Astoria, NY.
