If you love exploring new neighborhoods, eating eclectic dishes, enjoying the outdoors and getting the full VIP treatment, then this Taste of Sunnyside sponsored giveaway is for you.

Celebrating its’ fourth year in the Sunyside neighborhood, with a first time twist, bringing the party outside under 7 train. Attendees (and the winner of this giveaway) at this years event will sample the best of Sunnyside’s food and drink from more than 25 local restaurants. As a VIP ticket holder you’ll skip the lines and enter the food extravangaza a whole hour earlier than general admission (5:30-6:30 pm).
When you arrive at The Taste of Sunnyside you might start off with a little lobster mac & cheese from Murphy’s Lobster Grill.
Try some salty and fatty goodness from Salt & Fat
Keep the tasting on track with treats from Venturo Osteria & Wine Bar.
All this food awesomeness is yours to sample along with; Colombian kernel corn, Romanian hors d’oeuvres, smoked meatballs and seitan with vegan mole poblano, and much, much more. Just in case you don’t win the giveaway, purchase your tickets online or take a chance and purchase them at the door. (Queens Boulevard between 45th Street and 46th Street, Sunnyside)
mmm mmmm Salt and Fat and Venturo are must tries! yummmo!
thanks
They all sound so good but Murphys Lobster Grill catches my eye!
Of these, Claret is the most intriguing with it’s mix of bottled wines, charcuterie, cheeses, and pizza. It would also be nice to reacquaint with PJ Horgan’s.
There are only a handful of participating restaurants that I have not experienced as of yet. Of these, Claret is the most intriguing with it’s mix of bottled wines, charcuterie, cheeses, and pizza.
It would also be nice to reacquaint with PJ Horgan’s. It is likely 15 years since I last entered this establishment.
IUsed to live in Sunnyside. So excited for this!
