It’s a great little spot with some delicious coffee, and the decor is beautiful, too. I especially like the blue counter. The exposed brick walls are lovely, too. The coffee is also delicious—they are using La Colombe beans. Right now they are doing espresso drinks (hot and iced) with their La Marzocco espresso machine, as well as cold brew coffee. They plan to do pour overs in the future, too. I tried a cold brew coffee, which was nice and strong and tasty, fortified with some Battenkill half and half. The Balthazar pastries also looked good. And they have sandwiches! There’s a bit of seating at the front of the space, and Mackenzi noticed that there were people working on their laptops earlier in the day. The owners were there, and were very friendly. They are really excited to be running a cafe, and I expect we’ll see great things from them. Stay tuned for their social media presence to kick in, too. Welcome to the neighborhood, Caffino!
