Meg has consistently been updating our epic Halloween post, including tons of cool activities for tomorrow. A few things that caught my eye in particular are Bistro 33’s Orange is the New Black Halloween celebration; Sweet Afton’s party; and the Strand’s festive costume contest.
We heart these lovely Halloween themed goodies that are now available at Astor Bake Shop. Get your sweet fix tomorrow, and bring some home for the kiddies as well! 12-23 Astoria Blvd, Astoria. 718.606.8439
It’s fun to see that newcomer, New York Dog House has a special Halloween themed dog for all you pumpkin lovers. This seasonal “Spooky Dog” includes kielbasa topped with pumpkin puree, fried kale and “vegetable blood.” It’s available til tomorrow, so hope you get to score one. 37-06 30th Avenue, Astoria. 718.274.3647
In the spirit of Halloween, LIC Market is featuring three great pumpkin beers from Sixpoint, Weyerbacher, and Anderson Valley. I’ve already tried the Sixpoint, and if you’re down with a hearty seasonal ale with earthy undertones, you’ll love it! 21-52 44th Drive, LIC. 718.361.0013
