We’re back with another tasty bite, via Bradley Hawks of Amuse * Bouche  fame. This edition features a truly delicious fingerling potato salad from Il Bambino (voted Favorite Astoria restaurant in our recent Best of Astoria poll).

Beyond doubt, the most delicious potato salad in Astoria (quite possibly the whole world). Fingerling potatoes are sliced into bite-sized coins, tossed in truffle aioli, drizzled with basil pesto, sprinkled with fried shallots, and then blanketed with a snowfall of pecorino shavings.
