Hosted at the New York Tibetan Services Center in Elmhurst, Queens Council on the Art’s WordFeast program presents a reading of a short story-in-progress by Tibetan writer Tenzin Woeser. He will be accompanied by translator Nawang Gurung and an artist that will share techniques for producing Tibetan script calligraphy. Traditional Tibetan cuisine will be served and a Q&A will follow the reading.
