This Real Food Holiday Workshop will take my healthy-ish approach to eating and apply it to the holiday season. I believe we should always enjoy the food that is on our plates and more importantly, the company that is gathered around our table. Our workshop menu (below) features a delicious lineup of dishes that are all centered around the abundance of this harvest season.

And while we’ll all be pitching in to create the meal we’ll share together, it’s not required to have any cooking skills! We’ll be reviewing many basic techniques such as knife skills as well as more advanced skills like stuffing a pork tenderloin. Most importantly, we’ll all sit down at the end of class and enjoy our holiday dishes together.
