It’s that time of year again, Astoria which announces the start of our 2015 Best of Astoria list, which is entirely nominated and chosen by you.  For the third year in a row, we put the power in your hands to show us your must-go-to bests in the neighborhood including restaurants, shops, cultural institutions and the like.  All this will end with a bangin’ celebration to recognize the winners at our BIG Best of Astoria 2015 Anniversary Bash (location to be announced soon).

But now it’s time for the nominations. NOTE NEW DATES: Please fill out your top choices for the below categories by Friday, March 13.  We’ll announce the finalists on Monday, March 23! We look forward to learning about your favorites.

Snowdonia gets my vote..great food and staff..can’t beat the local feel, with all the movies your heart desires..my favorite spot in astoria!

William Hallet is one of the best bar & restaurants in Astoria great people and food. Cool laid back atmosphere. The aromas of a great menu most intoxicating draw back!!!!!

Astor Bake Shop has a mouthwatering & appetizing menu choice. The Red Velvet here with leave you satisfied but its the frosting that will have you licking your fingers its so good. My experience there have been delightful. Its a wonderful place to get relax and take the family.

I travel from Brooklyn to Astoria just to shop at Lockwood – always has such fantastic stuff, great prices and friendly staff. A treat.
