Today Astoria got hit with a modest amount of snow—the weather people had predicted 3-6 inches and we’ll know by tomorrow just how much the accumulation amounted to (though we are supposed to get rain on Sunday, so who knows how much of the snow will stick around in the end). I took a walk down to Astoria Park today and saw a winter wonderland there! Here are some of the snowy scenes from earlier today.
