Billy Pappas is turning out some insanely delicious sharing plates at Astoria’s newest gastropub, The Shady Lady. One must-try is this wellington of pork tenderloin encrusted with porcini mushrooms and Dijon, wrapped in a flaky homemade pastry and baked to golden brown.
