In Bloom Collective is presenting the first-ever Astoria Art Festival Friday, November 9th-Sunday, November 11th, and we want you to attend and help celebrate the passion and creativity that make this borough culturally unique. More than 30 local artists, all from Queens, are showing off their wide-ranging work, from paintings and drawings to photography and mixed media, throughout nearly 20 favorite local venues. Wander into Crescent Lounge, Queens Comfort, Cafe Bar, Sweet Afton, Fatty’s, HellGate Social, Sparrow, Bareburger on 31st Avenue, William Hallet, SITE, Astoria Park Wine & Spirits and Pin Up Queens anytime throughout the weekend and you’ll be treated to some good-looking art hanging on the walls. There’s no set itinerary; stick close to home or explore the neighborhood at your leisure.
