The Cooley’s Anemia Foundation is holding Summer Lovin’ at Cavo Cafe Lounge (42-18 31st Avenue) on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 from 6-9pm. This is a special night to benefit the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation, which battles a fatal genetic blood disorder.
Admission is $20 and includes hors d’oeuvres and a glass of wine or draft beer; a cash bar and menu items are also available. There’s music, raffles and just a lot of fun, all for a really good cause.
